Thai Player Fighting for her LPGA Card

IMG_5038

While Atthaya Thitikul grabs the media attention this morning leading on the LPGA  in Ohio spare a thought for Thai veteran Pornanong Phatlum (nickname Waen) who after 16 years as an LPGA tour player is fighting for her card on the Epson Tour at Dorado Arizona.

As she has fallen below the top 100, she does not qualify for all the LPGA events.

However instead of giving up, she is grafting away trying to get one of the converted 15 Race for the Card slots.

Currently she is in 11th place and today she is in 3rd spot in Arizona.
